The problem with sites like Mikes, to balance with my previous gushing, is that you get to know every appearance however bit or small. And as it happens we have two issues where Power Girl gets just a single panel appearance. So here are two examples that helpfully come one after another.
Targets on Two Worlds
Justice League of America #195
Cover Date: October 1981
Released: 9th July 1981
Power Girl turns up in the traditional JSA / JLA meeting, with her brushing off the advances of Firestorm (again).
It’s a shame as the rest of the story is a solid one about villains from Earth-1 and 2 slowly teaming up in a plot to take down the heroes. It’s a great looking and solid story, just with no Kara in it.

Judgment in Infinity
Wonder Woman #291
Cover Date: May 1982
Released: 4th February 1982
Power Girl appears on the splash page of this three-part crossover with the female heroes of Earth-1 and 2! Again Power Girl is in an earlier version of her costume, the high collar non-boob window version that came before the most recent scallop top version. At least she does better than Helena who gets just a headshot in what looks like an afterthought.
An alien called the Adjudicator turns up in Washington, DC apparently to judge humanity with his giant disco ball! Finding us lacking, as it seems no one can ever match his standards. So he unleashes the four horsemen on both Earth-1 and 2. Wonder woman and Zatana, in her classic superhero costume, face off against the first horseman Famine.
Power Girl and Huntress will actually get involved in the story next issue, so stay tuned for that!
